Places You’ll Go Therapy in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide pediatric home health services in patients’ homes across Arizona. You will work under a licensed OT to implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop functional skills for daily activities.

Flexible employment options include full-time W-2, part-time W-2, or 1099 contracts, with supervision, scheduling support, and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Article 9 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in patients’ homes under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
• Support children in developing functional skills, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Document patient performance, progress, and clinical notes within required timeframes.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervising therapists.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development and carryover of therapy goals at home.

Salary Range: $77.00 To $87.00 Hourly

1099 Independent Contractor: Minimum 8 sessions per week

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license

Current CPR certification

Article 9 certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist

Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
