Pivot Home Health is hiring Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to deliver therapy in home-based and community settings across Colorado. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to support children in developing independence and daily living skills.

Caseload: full caseload of babies and pediatric patients available on day 1
Compensation: $54-$62 per visit

Your Impact as a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

As a home health pediatric COTA, you’ll work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach important developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines. You’ll implement treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness. By engaging children in meaningful, play-based activities, you’ll help them build confidence and functional skills while supporting families with practical strategies they can use every day.
