You will support pediatric patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping kids develop skills in daily living, sensory processing, and motor function in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active Arizona license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Previous clinic-based experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with children and fostering development.
• Ability to work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help children develop functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing treatment goals.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, families, and other clinicians.
• Create a positive, engaging, supportive therapeutic environment.
• Support developmental outcomes through patient-centered care.
