Job summary

UNC Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Intermediate unit in Chapel Hill, NC. The unit handles birth to adolescence with family-centered care and complexity including transplant patients.

36 hours per week with day/night rotation and weekend/holiday rotations are required. Flexible self-scheduling and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process in a hospital setting.
