Novant Health's Hemby Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Pediatric Registered Nurse for our 31-bed mixed medical-surgical and hematology/oncology unit, caring for patients from newborn to 18 years old. You’ll deliver family-centered care, monitor patients, administer treatments, and support families with compassion.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
- One year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess Patients: conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
- Develop Care Plans: collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to create individualized plans of care.
- Provide Nursing Care: administer medications, perform procedures, educate patients and families, respond to emergencies.
- Evaluate Outcomes: monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve desired results.
- Communicate Effectively: ensure safe handoffs and accurate documentation.
- Delegate Responsibly: assign tasks while maintaining patient safety.
- Promote Professional Practice: follow nursing standards and pursue ongoing development.
- Support Team Success: mentor colleagues and contribute to teamwork.
