Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and donor relations within healthcare or academic medicine.
• Ability to develop and implement major gift strategies and move prospects along the giving continuum.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, researchers, faculty, and leadership to fund priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors for UVA Health Children's.
• Create and implement donor strategies to build the major gift pipeline.
• Manage a portfolio of proposals and align donor interests with clinical and research priorities.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design comprehensive fundraising plans across patient care, research, and education.
• Promote a culture of philanthropy through stakeholder engagement and targeted stewardship.
