The University of Virginia Health Development Office seeks an Associate Director or Senior Associate Director, Health Development Partnerships, to join a collaborative team advancing philanthropic priorities across UVA Health. This role partners with physicians, faculty, and administrators to translate clinical priorities into philanthropic opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare philanthropy or fundraising experience preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience working with faculty, donors, or development colleagues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ethical standards are essential.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Experience using donor/prospect data and relationship management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build strategic partnerships with physicians, faculty, and leaders to advance philanthropic priorities.
• Develop the philanthropic pipeline by identifying, referring, and engaging prospective donors.
• Advance donor engagement through tailored meetings, site visits, and program connections.
• Coach faculty and staff to participate effectively in donor engagement and fundraising activities.
• Collaborate across UVA Health and University External Relations to support fundraising priorities.
