Qualifications

• Proficient with common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and checks in, collecting necessary signatures and forms.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and documents related information.
• Calculates and collects patient liability and explains payment options.
• Enters payments/charges and performs daily reconciliation.
• Schedules visits and procedures and confirms upcoming appointments.
• Communicates with patients and care teams to resolve issues and questions.
• Assists with patient records requests per policy and law.
• Provides patient services to improve flow and reduce wait times.
• Works independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
