• Calculate and collect patient liabilities, explain financial policies, and discuss payment options.
• Enter payments/charges, reconcile daily transactions, and balance cash drawer.
• Schedule appointments and procedures, confirm next-day visits, and ensure patient readiness.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
