North Austin Pediatrics in Leander, TX is seeking a full-time Front Office Patient Services Representative for the Leander office. The role focuses on greeting patients, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and handling patient inquiries with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, comfort working with children, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy medical office environment. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical front desk environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and welcome them to the practice in a professional manner.
• Check in/check out procedures and basic front desk tasks.
• Route inquiries to nurses or appropriate staff and manage patient charts.
• Schedule appointments for new and follow-up visits.
• Verify insurance information and benefits for visits.
