Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office with a friendly greeting.
• Check in/out patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Collect copays and payments at the time of service.
• Maintain waiting room and front desk area in neat and orderly condition.
• Assist with clinical inboxes as needed.
• Support the Practice Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
