You will greet patients, verify demographics, insurance, and schedules, and help keep records accurate while delivering outstanding patient experiences from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependable attendance, comfort with electronic medical records, and the ability to stay calm in busy times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date patient records and PHI forms.
• Verify insurance eligibility and Medicaid PCP assignments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments per clinic guidelines.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and relay messages.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
