Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics is seeking a friendly Receptionist (Peds) to warmly greet patients, verify demographics, and manage check-in/out with professionalism. You will verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and help keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, plus directing calls and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.
