Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Front Desk Patient Advocate to represent our welcoming clinic and support daily operations. You will greet families, onboard new patients, and coordinate treatment schedules, while assisting with billing tasks and payments as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a patient-first approach in a growing pediatric therapy network across North Carolina, with training at our Lincolnton and Shelby sites as openings occur.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Onboarding new patients and guiding families through the intake process
• Managing and coordinating patient treatment schedules
• Supporting billing processes and assisting with payment collection
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
