Compleat KiDZ is seeking a friendly Front Desk Patient Advocate to greet families, onboard new patients, and guide them through the intake process at our pediatric therapy clinics.

You will coordinate treatment schedules, assist with billing and collections, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to keep the day running smoothly in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Onboarding new patients and guiding families through the intake process.
• Managing and coordinating patient treatment schedules.
