Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Create and maintain electronic health records in Epic.
• Process mail and scanning; manage RightFax communications.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and Mercy policies.
