Qualifications

• Customer-facing front desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical office workflows and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and by phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks guidance when needed.
• Demonstrates empathy and active listening in sensitive situations.
• Supports patient care quality initiatives as directed.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolution.
• Communicates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Handles patient registrations and updates demographics, insurance, and billing info per HIPAA.
