Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) seeks a friendly Patient Services Representative for our Redmond clinic to greet families, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support EMR documentation. You will be the first friendly face and help patients navigate COPA’s patient portal.

This role blends organization, technology, and compassion to maintain a smooth daily clinic flow. Strong customer service, HIPAA awareness, and flexibility to cover multiple sites are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of customer service experience required; clerical/clinical setting preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage calls to create a welcoming clinic experience.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and document in EMR.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to support daily clinic operations.
• Handle administrative tasks including scanning, forms, payments, audits, and patient portal support.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and support workflow, problem-solving, and team training.
