• Three years of customer service experience required; clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Proficient with phone, verbal, and computer skills; able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekdays, and weekends across COPA sites.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and document in EMR.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to support daily clinic operations.
