TPG Pediatrics in Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrative Clerk with 3 to 5 years of medical receptionist experience to join our team of healthcare professionals. This float position will work at all four offices and provide a welcoming, professional first impression for patients.

The role requires strong phone and in-person communication, comfort with basic technology, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience with medical terminology and insurance knowledge is highly preferred.
• EMR experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and visitors.
• Answer a high volume of calls.
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with paperwork.
• Use multiple platforms for calls and scheduling.
• Collect payments from patients and discuss finances to aid understanding of bills.
