TPG Pediatrics in Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrative Clerk with 3 to 5 years of medical receptionist experience to join our team of healthcare professionals. This float position will work at all four offices and provide a welcoming, professional first impression for patients.

The role requires strong phone and in-person communication, comfort with basic technology, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifikationen

• EMR experience is desirable.

TPG Pediatrics is looking for a FULL-TIME Front Desk Administrative Clerk with 3 to 5 years of medical receptionist experience to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This position is float position that would work at all four offices. We are a large, busy pediatric practice in Northern Virginia dedicated to excellent patient care. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of prior medical receptionist experience, as well as experience speaking directly with patients in person and by phone. Experience with eClinicalworks is a plus. TPG uses multiple platforms for scheduling appointments, forms and calls so the applicant should be well versed in basic technology. We are willing to train the right person. The pay range is between $22/ hour and $25/ hour.

The position is Monday through Friday with hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:10pm along with a once per month rotation in our Saturday clinic in Chantilly or Alexandria Offices (8am-1pm).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will

• Provide a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and other visitors.

• Uses multiple platforms for calls and scheduling
• Collects payments from patients. This individual should be comfortable discussing finances to help with patient understanding of bills and claims.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND CREDENTIALS:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3 to 5 years experience with medical terminology and insurance knowledge is highly preferred
• EMR experience is desirable
