Job summary

TPG Pediatrics in Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrative Clerk with 3–5 years of medical receptionist experience to join our busy pediatric practice at the Lake Ridge Office. The role requires friendly patient interactions, strong communication, and comfort with multiple scheduling platforms. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 5:10 p.m., with occasional Saturday rotations. We offer PTO, 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid holidays; training is available

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical terminology and insurance knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and visitors.
• Answer a high volume of calls.
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with paperwork.
• Uses multiple platforms for calls and scheduling.
• Collects payments from patients and discusses bills with patients.
