Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated RN for our Emergency Department night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with night hours 1:00pm–1:00am and rotating weekends/holidays, in a Magnet-recognized system focused on high-quality patient care.

You will provide professional nursing care, collaborate with the team, and adapt plans to patient needs in a fast-paced ED setting. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Illinois RN licensure required.
• CPR certification current; ACLS/PALS within 3 months; NIHSS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with unit team to meet goals and ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Adapt care plans based on patient condition and changes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

BSN progress within 5 years (if ADN holder)
