Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Pediatric Emergency Department at Edward Hospital in the Naperville area. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with evening hours from 1:00 pm to 1:00 am and every third weekend plus rotating holidays.

Requirements include an Associate or higher in Nursing, IL RN licensure, and CPR; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS within specified timelines. Prior ER experience (1+ year) is preferred.

Formación

• Education: Associates Degree or higher in Nursing; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years’ experience in the emergency department unit.
• Required Licensure/Certification: IL RN licensure; CPR; ACLS within 3 months; PALS within 3 months; NIHSS within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Employs critical thinking, assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress and records observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks and collaborates with the team to meet unit goals.
