Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced RN for the Pediatric Emergency Department (evenings). The role is full-time, 36 hours/week, with shifts 1:00pm–1:00am and rotating weekends/holidays, at Edward Hospital in Naperville.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, with BSN within five years if ADN holder; 1+ year ED experience; IL RN license; CPR; ACLS/PALS/NIHSS within specified windows.

• Associates Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• If ADN holder, must complete BSN within five years of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Employs critical thinking, assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
