Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, apply the nursing process, and ensure safety and high-quality patient experiences across our facilities.

The ideal candidate holds current RN licensure in IL, may have a BSN, and possesses BLS/CPR certification. Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
