Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii seeks a licensed speech-language pathologist to support children birth to three within Early Intervention. The role involves evaluation, IFSP collaboration, family coaching, and delivering services in natural environments.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, meet 70% billable productivity, and travel to client homes as needed. Part-time schedule requires in-person presence at assigned office 3–5 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Hawaii state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
• At least 1 year of experience providing speech-language pathology services.
• Experience with children with developmental delays in early intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate EI services for ages birth to 3.
• Participate as evaluator on a multidisciplinary EI team.
• Develop IFSP outcomes with families and team members.
• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and feedback to families.
• Maintain billable hours and accurate participant records.
• Deliver services in natural environments (home, day care, community).
• Coordinate transitions for children exiting the program.
• Provide coaching and consultant services to families and team members.
