Sevita in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Registered Nurse to coordinate treatment within a multidisciplinary team. The role includes outreach, client records, billing, and adherence to clinical standards. Full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $75,000-$80,000 salary range.

The ideal candidate will have MA RN license, CPR/First Aid, strong assessment and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care for children and families.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current MA state RN License.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent assessment skills with critical thinking.
• Effective communication with team, professionals, and families.
• Reliable and compassionate attitude; commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outreach services to children and families.
• Consult with team on individualized plans and multidisciplinary services.
• Maintain client records including IFSPs and progress notes.
• Complete billing documentation as scheduled.
• Adhere to professional standards and guidelines.
• Keep supervisor informed of client progress.
• Conduct visits with clients in natural environments.
• Develop group curricula as applicable.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and training.
• Obtain required EI certifications and licensure; maintain licensure.
• Maintain regular contact with site and clients; respond to communications.
