Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for Early Intervention roles serving families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for delays. Positions include full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service options.

The team provides services in homes, centers, and community settings; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Responsibilities include infant-toddler development, parent coaching, family-centered assessments, and coordination of services

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with current licensure as an LCSW or LICSW.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
