Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for early intervention services at infants and toddlers' homes and in community settings.

You will work with families to tailor IFSP goals, deliver direct speech therapy, complete documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Massachusetts licensure and ASHA CCC are required, with EI or pediatric experience preferred.

Competenze

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) is required or eligible.
• One year of early intervention experience or pediatrics preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct speech therapy services to infants and toddlers 0–3 in home and community settings.
• participate in multidisciplinary assessments and IFSP development with family input.
• Complete progress notes, reports, and correspondence for each case.
• Act as service coordinator, scheduling and monitoring intervention plans.
• Maintain strong family engagement and culturally responsive practice.
• Document treatment plans and ensure timelines are followed.
