Thom Child & Family Services in Westfield, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Early Intervention to provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with or at risk for developmental delays.

You will partner with families to develop IFSPs, deliver individualized therapy, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support outcomes.

Competenze

• Massachusetts licensure required.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligible.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural abilities a plus.

Mansioni

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three in home and community settings.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families, scheduling and implementing intervention plans.
• Document progress notes, reports, and assessments in Thom electronic system.
• Deliver individual and group intervention addressing cognition, adaptive behavior, and communication.
