Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP or CF eligible per ASHA guidelines.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the child’s developmental status.
• Provide home and community-based services for birth to three and their families.
• Develop and implement IFSPs in collaboration with families.
• Complete progress notes, reports, and correspondence using Thom electronic documentation.
• Engage families through parent coaching and culturally responsive interventions.
