Thom Child & Family Services in Springfield, MA seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers birth to three in home and community settings. You will work with families to tailor services to their priorities, culture, and values, using evidence-based practices and parent coaching.

The role offers a salary range of $71,000 to $76,000 with bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and a 403(b) plan.

Competenze

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
• CF eligibility preferred or eligible.

Mansioni

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three years using parent coaching model.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan.
• Partner with families in developing IFSPs to identify goals and strategies.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to support development; help families advocate for their child.
• Complete progress notes and reports using Thom electronic documentation system.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays.
