Job summary

TheraCare Bronx seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention therapy to infants and toddlers in homes and community settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language delays, and create IFSP-based plans while partnering with families for carryover and growth.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status with supervision available.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience in early childhood or pediatric settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy to children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement individualized IFSP-based treatment plans.
• Educate and coach families to support carryover and development.
• Document sessions and progress according to NYC EI guidelines.
• Attend IFSP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
