Thom Child & Family Services in Woburn, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home and community based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays, partnering with families to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families is preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three and their families using parent coaching model.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan for each family.
