Qualifications

• License as Physical Therapist in MA required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three.
• Coordinate services and monitor IFSPs with families.
• Document progress notes and assessments in Thom system.
• Deliver individual and group interventions for infants/toddlers with developmental delays.
