Qualifications

• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Strong family-centered approach and collaboration with caregivers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by MA Board is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three using parent coaching.
• Schedule, develop, implement and monitor intervention plans per IFSP.
• Complete progress notes and documentation using Thom system.
• Support families in developing IFSP goals and strategies.
