42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist licensed to practice in Michigan to join Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with a per diem rate, integrated orthodontics and oral surgery, and a modern, top-tier facility.

The candidate should have a DMD or DDS, be board eligible or certified in pediatric dentistry, maintain a current license, and possess Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism; stay updated on new developments.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
