Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry is required.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.

• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.
