42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist open to treating children for the Great Lakes Family Dental practice in Saginaw, MI. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with a robust benefits package and modern, multi-specialty facilities.

The ideal candidate will hold a DMD or DDS, be board-eligible in pediatric dentistry or board-certified, hold a current state license, and have Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice coverage, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in the office.
