42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist open to treating children, to join our Great Lakes Family Dental team in the Saginaw office. The practice offers General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services with a modern facility and integrated specialty care.

The right candidate will hold a DMD or DDS, be board eligible or certified in pediatric dentistry, hold a current state license, and comply with Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain professional ethics and stay informed on best practices via continuing education.
