42North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist open to treating children, to join Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI. We offer a diverse dental practice with general, pediatric, orthodontic and periodontic services in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay updated with developments in dentistry
