Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist who enjoys treating children to join the Great Lakes Family Dental team in Saginaw, MI. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules and a per diem of 1,000–1,200 USD.

The practice is modern and multi‑specialty, with integrated orthodontics and oral surgery, plus strong growth opportunities for your career. Required: DMD/DDS, board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry, current license, Hepatitis B

Qualifications

• Must have DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board certification/eligibility in pediatric dentistry.
• Current dental license in the appropriate state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of developments through continuing education.
