Job summary

Liberty Oaks Dental Group is seeking a Kids’ Dentistry Manager to lead pediatric dentistry initiatives, drive revenue growth, and ensure adherence to the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will oversee staffing, office operations, and marketing programs while aligning with company culture and goals.

The role emphasizes financial performance, patient acquisition, and smooth patient flow across pediatric and orthodontic services within the same location.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related work experience in dental/medical office management.
• Operational management knowledge of medical/dental offices.
• Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch pediatric dental model and programs in assigned office.
• Maintain productive office schedule for profitable pediatric practice.
• Assist Operations Manager to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Perform People Services functions including staffing and salary administration.
• Provide feedback and strategies to improve financial and patient outcomes.
• Create an environment aligned with PFL and Pediatrics culture.
• Ensure smooth first and subsequent visits by Pediatric Dentist (supplies, forms, assistants).
• Lead in best practices for pediatric office management and system implementation.
• Analyze opportunities in PRISM for pediatric offices’ procedures and insurance benefits.
• Assist in resolving staff and patient issues with timely solutions.
• Support marketing programs to grow the business.
• Develop measurable office goals aligned with company policy.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team; run daily huddles.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and maintenance criteria.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
