Positive Impact Dental Alliance in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing a dental office and a deep understanding of patient experience, compliance, and financial performance. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, potential bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience.
Proficient with dental software such as Dentrix, EagleSoft or Open Dental.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.

Mansioni

Supervise and support front office staff and daily administrative operations.
Oversee scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processing.
Ensure adherence to all compliance protocols (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Manage team performance, training, and employee relations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient, patient-focused workflow.
Track KPIs and contribute to the financial goals of the practice.
