Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Register patients, verify demographics, and collect insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and enter information for scheduling accurately.
• Explain financial options to patients and assist with payments.
• Process payments and reconcile cash at day end.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications as needed.
• Support on-site coverage across multiple practice locations as required.
