Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is seeking a Pediatric COTA to provide in-home therapy for children and young adults with developmental needs. Full- and part-time schedules are available, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on compassionate, family-centered care across Colorado communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-home OT treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
