Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is seeking a licensed COTA to support pediatric clients in home and community settings. You will implement OT treatment plans under supervision, help children achieve functional independence, and educate families for carryover in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license (Colorado) required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising
