Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across Colorado's Pueblo region. You will implement treatment plans, support development, and coach families for carryover in daily routines, while documenting in EMR and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Active COTA license in Colorado.
Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Provide skilled interventions to support physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional development.
Assist patients with ADLs, feeding, and functional independence skills.
Educate, coach, and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
Develop and instruct home exercise programs for continued progress.
Document care and coordination in an electronic medical record system.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards.
