Job summary

Woven Care, a pediatric outpatient practice in Colorado Springs, seeks a licensed COTA to join our multidisciplinary team. Expect 30- to 60-minute one-on-one sessions with children up to age 21, a primary caseload of 3–16, and a 75% productivity standard. Most clinics run 5 days a week with flexible scheduling.

We offer onboarding, supervision with mentorship, funded CEUs, and a clear path to clinical advancement within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• New grads and experienced clinicians are all encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30- to 60-minute one-on-one sessions with children ages 0–21.
• Manage a primary caseload of 3–16 with 75% productivity.
• Collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA colleagues to support client care.
• Provide supervision and mentorship as part of professional growth.
